We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help manage the Ark, with the full support of our Management team. 

The business in Poole Park has a unique and wonderful park and waterside location.

The Ark includes:

  • The Ark Café & event space
  • Pottery Painting studio
  • The Ark's Soft Play Centre
  • Ice cream parlour

 

ABOUT YOU

·        A minimum 18 months managerial experience in a restaurant, pub, hotel or similar - or you are a senior supervisor with ambition to progress

·        Compliant in food safety legislation (training to be provided also)

·        A hands-on energetic manager used to running busy shifts

·        Able to manage and direct a diverse team, effectively

·        Kitchen experience a bonus, but training to be given

·        Bar experience a bonus, but training to be given

·        Barista experience a bonus, but training to be given

·        You are flexible to work between 4 or 5 days out of 7. Weekends and school holidays are often the busiest times
